1. Order Processing
All orders placed on Beepunch are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Time
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location.

3. Shipping Charges

Beepunch may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.
5. Delivery Areas
Beepunch currently ships to all major cities and towns within the serviceable regions supported by our logistics partners. Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Beepunch will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product so we can assist you with a replacement or solution.
